Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

Lived here 3years now almost perfect!! Pool is the highlight of this condo. Nearby Tonsai Market , 7elevens and bunch of street food, dental clinic , Barbour shop ,atm etc. 10min to BTS Bearing( with shuttle bus 1min) Resort kinds of Condo chillaxing vibe 😌☀️😎👀🏝️☕

Very cozy place. There're phase 1 (a but old) and phase 2 (new) within same buidling complex. Each phases have their own swimming pools, meeting rooms (seperatly, open air and closed with air con), gyms, working spaces and outdoor playgrounds. They have 7-11 on phase 1 and some cafe. Please note that the complex is lockaed inside the street, and there's no sign on the main street. So make sure you turn left from main street before arriving warehouse like place.

It's a newly opened residential complex which is very close to BTS Bearing station. The place is spacious and well ventilated with good fitness facilities. Outdoor pool is also very relaxing.

Unio. If you like rules then you'll love Unio!! Unio is clean and tidy with beautiful gardens and pools. The amenities are good and well maintained but do close too early. Some staff and security are very helpful and friendly whilst others are rude and actually aggressive at times. Far too many cameras watching everything you do so if you enjoy your privacy then maybe reconsider. Parking is also pretty good with plenty of spaces but again they are very strict about that as well. If your friends want to visit, they may have to pay for parking. Not good. The apartments are ok. Nothing special but not too expensive to rent. I did have an ant problem but that might have just been my appointment building D, phase two. My Ac unit was under size for the square metres so power bills were very high compared to what I'm used to. The place is very safe so that's good if you have a family. One extra thing, I was scammed by my agent so please be careful and take many photos and let the agent know of all the issues when you move in.
