Dark/dull interior in communal areas. Apartments generally in need of refreshing, though bathrooms see to have been recently renovated. Reflected in the price, so fair.

The 2nd floor room has noise from the condo garage that was broken and hasn't been fixed for half a year. It's the sound of steel hitting concrete that disturbs the entire time the vehicle goes up and down. The law is very bad. If you report it, just reply and acknowledge it. If you don't follow LINE, there will be no updates. Currently, I can only answer and wait for the materials. They haven't fixed them yet. I'm very disappointed about the common fees.
