Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

Lived for 1 year during my study in Siam University. The neighbours environment is good. Short travel to Downtown. Easy Access to BTS and MRT

Apartment complex / condo. With a pool.. gym and rooftop garden. Local convenience store in the building. Odd location and several taxi's and transfers have taken wrong turns and ended up on the highway away from your pick up point / drop off address. Conveniently close to both MRT and BTS and several taxi and bus stops.

Moved in last month. All good,especially the staff, lots of saluting, heel clicking and smiling faces. Lobby area is serene and clean, Pool and gym also clean and uncrowded with modern facilities. Hallways bright and clean..fast elevators (though of 4 only 3 working?). Maintenance seems ok so far and garden areas are well kept too. So, for good road,rail and canal access top marks. A generally quiet and peaceful place to live. Tip: get a higher floor unit facing north (so no direct sun, and low traffic noise) Minus points: No on site shops or sauna.

WARNING DO NOT RENT/BUY HERE LOW QUALITY, WATER LEAK WHEN IT’S RAINING. DOORS LOCK MADE FROM CHEAP PRODUCTS EASILY BROKEN. BAD LANDLORD WILL EXTORT YOU TO PAY AND FIX THAT. FIXING COST IS OVERPRICED.
