Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

7-11 is next door and the CJ convenient store with an ATM is opposite. Various street food along the alley. Less than 10 min walk to BTS Phra Khanong.

Good example of nice condo with poor management. Great gym, a lot of places to chill on the territory, but social space which is a great working space for 4 people needs to be booked. So one woman books every day and sits there alone, not letting anyone use this space :/

Nice small apartments. Everything feels new and fresh. Great pool area.

Problems with flooding inside more than one of the buildings, not only on the lower floors. Owners can make construction noise between 9am and 5pm on working days without providing advance notice. Management often perform noisy renovations at short notice. Not a good choice if you work from home. Cannabis smoke has leaked into non-smokers’ apartments in more than one building.
