เป็นคอนโดสูงเก่าสุดในโซนนี้ ปัญเรื่องแมลงสาบเป็นเรื่องจริง ที่ห้องสังหารไปนานนับ 6 เดือนกว่าจะหยุด ท่อน้ำห้องน้ำมีกลิ่น ต้องใช้ฝากลบกลิ่น ส่วนกลางอยู่ในเกณฑ์ปานกลางไม่แย่ หากเทียบกับราคาเช่าต่อตารางเมตรที่ถูกที่สุดในย่านนี้ ยังถือว่าคุ้มครับ
