** Don't believe the negative reviews - horrible tenants ** Our plan was to stay for 4 months. I have lived here for 1 year with my wife and my newborn. If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff are amazing, we have a great friendship with them. They are always playful with my son and go out of their way to help our small family. The level of cleanliness they keep the building in is brilliant. Khun Nick is the best landlord I have ever had. He responds immediately to all my requests and is extremely fair. He is fluent in English and is constantly upgrading the building. He recently replaced all the gym equipment with high level equipment. Very pleased. The location is amazing, very close to bars and restaurants and literally 5 mins on a bike taxi to the BTS station. The building is quiet and is modern. I would strongly recommend The Greenston if you want to live in Bangkok. Very good monthly rate and the bills are very affordable. Thanks to Nick and the team, it has been a pleasure staying here. As someone who relies on fast internet, I am thrilled with the amazingly fast and reliable connection, perfect for both work and leisure. I have stayed for 1 year and had great time here. My cats are also happy with this spacious room. The room comes with high-speed internet and working table which is suitable for WFH. Location also locate near community mall and super market with 2-5 min walk. There is also local vegetable store with very very cheap price if you like to cook. Rental fee is worth for the price you pay since it’s bigger room comparing to other condos around here with the same price Transportation - local motor bike b/w Soi 19-21 is just THB 20 to Thonglor BTS station I would recommend this place if you are looking for convenience condo the middle of Thonglor or condo near Sukhumvit Road

AVOID this residence! We had the most horrible rental in our six years in Thailand and we don’t want anyone else having the same painful experience: - MISMANGED. The place is run by 2 rude and underpaid Burmese workers (smiling at Thais and ignorning foreigners, never there when you need help, taking advantage of residents common areas). The owner K.Nick lives aboard, is never there and taken advantage of. - HORRIBLE NEIGHBORS very young and uncaring, smoking weed in corridors, not clening after pet poops and stealing Grab food from others. - NO PRIVACY or INSULATION you will hear every smallest noise from the neighbors and you will be heard. There is a constant sewage smell. - ISOLATED it takes 30min to walk to any public transport and 8min to get to the mototaxis. You will have to walk through a garbage dump, rats, drivers peeing on the street. - CHEAP FURNITURE and DISHONEST OWNER you will have to pay any wear and tear damage, even if appliances break down or cheap furniture falls apart. We got 15'000 THB retained from our deposit without consent. Attached are a few EVIDENCE pics. Hard to believe that a wanna-be-posh residence in Thong Lo could turn into our worse nightmare for 6 months.

I'm sad to be leaving! I've absolutely loved it at the Greenston. The owner and the extremely friendly/happy staff have been incredible during my year here. I was pregnant when I arrived here and the owner was aware, he did his best to ensure I was comfortable and checked on me a few times which was lovely. The staff will always greet us with a smile and love seeing my baby! They're like family and I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. I was only meant to stay for 4 months and a year later I'm still here. I'd take this building and the staff with me if I could but we are moving on from Bangkok. The negative reviews are realy pathetic, showing photos of roadk*ll and the hard working men who deal with the garbage is very weird. What has the streets of Bangkok got to do with The Greenston? Anyway, those tenants were clearly messed up! The greenston will always be my go to in Bangkok, love how quiet it is, love the location, love the cosy bed, the decent size kitchen and the massive bathroom! The one bedroom apartment is a great size for a couple and baby. The WiFi is amazing, I work online and this is exactly what I needed. Taxis and food deliveries have not been an issue. The gym looks decent (never used it myself) and the pool is always clean. Thank you for having us Greenston!
