Greatest location at reasonable cost 1 min to everything through bike or walk (emdistrict & BTS Thonglor). Monthly rent cost just around 800-900 USD. Top-notch infinity edge pool in Bangkok! The true hidden gem of Bangkok’s apartment.

I lived there recently, for two years. Apartments are small but the layouts are quite efficient. The facilities are very nice (if small) and under-utilized. The location is fantastic. One thing I want to emphasize is that the JP person-and the whole staff-are wonderful. They are friendly and helpful.

Great, new and modern condo. Awesome facilities. Gym is kinda small tho. Swimming pool and view are great. Security staff is friendly. The building is always clean and it got a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Overall very nice and quite luxury condominium in close walking distance to the BTS station (Thong Lo). Mostly friendly staff at juristic office (especially the younger people over there; 1-2 older ones are usually very rude and not really Farrang-friendly and avoid to deal with little issues by not replying for months), lobby and entrance - usually they speak at least basic English (some of them much better luckily). I'm stayed here one year and all facilities have always been clean and well maintained. For every bigger festivity (Loy Kratong, Christmas, New Years Eve, ...) they decorate the condo which is a nice perk. The infinity pool on the 28th floor is usually quite empty (as is most of the building - you could get the feeling that it's haunted), same with the gym. I appreciate both a lot as it's luckily never crowded! On vary rare ocassions there are obviously Airbnb guests (short-term for some days) which is prohibited by Thai law. The juristic office though claims not to be aware of this and is not following legal action against this - by law it's illegal to rent out for less than one month if you don't have a hotel license. The Crest 34 has big banners pointing to this fact, but nobody is following and/or reporting this in order to avoid any "issue". Result is that on rare occasions you're having Instagram-photoshootings around the infinity pool... There's a 7-11 in 2min walking distance (ground floor of Noble Remix condo two buildings next to this one) which is also very convenient. The traffic along Sukhumvit Rd. is usually very horrible, no matter what day/time. So it's a pretty bad place when having a car or relying on taxi. Overall 2 our of 5 stars. Main reason is it's location as it became a big downside during year 2019 when they opened more and more BTS-extension. It's getting freaking crowded which often leads to skipping 4-6 trains!! And in the end I now have to deal with a horrible (new) landlord who claims things that have been there from installation. This doesn't automatically reflect on the whole condo, but to me this gives an overall BAD review to The Crest 34.
