Lived here for 2 years. Great location and considerably cheaper than nearby condo buildings because Sukhumvit suite is older. This means that you get so much more room space for your money. Good views too. The security staff are lovely and really helpful

First of all: Sukhumvit Suites is not a hotel. The prices you see quoted are for another place with a similar name. Sukhumvit Suites is a combination of office and Condominium building. Below the 15 floor are offices and shops. Above the 14 floor are Condos. Sukhumvit Suites is in walking distance to MRT and BTS as well as Nana Chart Pier. The building offers all kind of services from swimming pool to fitness, laundries, restaurants and shop's, hairdresser and massage. The high floors and even some lower floors give you a fantastic view of the Bangkoks skyline. The advantage of an older building is that you get much more space for your money. Last not least it's also in walking distance to both nightlife hotspots Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza. For me a perfect place to stay.

Although the location is okay, it's a very old building with infestations of not only cockroachs but lots of south Asian, mostly guys with bad attitude towards everyone not of their religion, that are too cheap to pay for hotels anywhere around. Security is questionable and non-existent. Anybody can copy key cards to get in these days. Although illegal they are renting short-term and there are dozens of them, quite rude, coming in and out all hours of the day and night. They make being at the poolside quite uncomfortable as they stare and glare. Recommend avoid this place.

too much cockroach , and the lady at the reception has the worst attitude in whole thailand. , idk what the management is even doing by letting her be there. id rather pay money to not be near this lady

A lot cockroach inside apartment everywhere and mouse on ceiling tried to kill old building and Juristic is weird not nice place to stay a lot of India people loudness day and at midnight
