Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

has two towers. Garden building is more quite. has view on Sukhumvit 101/1 or privite houses. Pool building is more close to the road. some units doesn't have tv, washing machine. juristic person always shows most terrible option at first. units has noise from oven hood and they saif that every unit has it. that's not true. just fix it already. 1bedroom 9-13000thb. net agains birds is a must have. ask landlord to install it. you will hear the noise from construction from private houses and noise of motobikes because sliders are not blocking it. condo is old. 20thb for motibike taxi to Udom Suk station. many Arbnb apartment.

Amazing undervalued condo, well maintained and close to Sukhumvit road and BTS Udomsuk/Punnawithi. Was pleasantly surprised when I found out it was JV built by CapitaLand which is one of top developers in Spore. If u look at their track record, their buildings are mostly higher end in Asoke & Ploenchit, such as Athenee. This the only one that is a little out. That’s why u get very helpful guards who block traffic for u when u turn in/out of the condo, and help u with your groceries. You have Lotus & Tops, True Digital Pk Mall within walking distance and good views of some sort, either garden, city or unblocked. There are many expats & foreigners living in this condo. Quiet environment a little away from the traffic congested Sukhumvit Rd.

Love the place. Moved from noisy Onnut to Udom Suk, 21st floor and love it! Good gym and amazing quality to money ratio!

Location is great as it is quiet but still close to BTS. Also check out all the Thai style eateries along sukhumvit 101/1 and tops daily right opposite. A very well looked after development also with super pool area, gym, gardens and lobby's. I have lived in Bangkok 14 years and this is about as good as I have found ticking so many boxes.

Good location for BTS, taxi and motor bikes. Many local convenient stores and places to eat and small shopping plaza within walking distance. Overall a well epuiped and located condo.
