We took two services from Khun clean within a week, for cleaning of the apartment that we were relocating to, and then for cleaning of the apartment that we had just left to handover to the owner. Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

This Project has Price Potential of its own in terms of its proximity to Bang Na BTS and future “The Mall” of Bangkok which is expected to be partially done by 2026. This condo project itself is expected to be completed by end of 2025. Nearby Ideo O2 price for 22sqm is around 2.6 mill plus. Although this project doesn’t have the brand power of Ideo. It sure does have the price competitiveness approx half of price of Ideo O2. Something to keep in mind is the quality of build. Only time will tell how this will play out.

Customers come to contact us for work. Cell is quiet. The employees were very quiet and did not greet customers. Not welcome at all Please fix it. It's very bad. I just sat there and didn't welcome anyone.
