Excellent condo, AC, shower,washing machine, Comfy bed. Close to bts 10 min walk. Lots of local restaurants, shops, street food. Very convenient. Great pools, lounges, working spaces, wifi, gardens. Very friendly polite staff, security guards. Motorcycle taxis at gate. Clean, highly recommend.

Very secured building! It is not a rental despite some neighbors do indeed airbnb their homes for short stay the building overall is mainly for permanent residents. The nightmarket in front of the complex is truly good! The simplicity of the outskirts of Bangkok is beyond more exciting than the chaos of the city center in my opinion.

Just now 5x on and off the electricity without telling anything tried to ask agent but not answering.. my experience so bad in juristic too everytime i have parcel they always told no have but i got the message from courier arrived already.. 3 weeks ago saw snake at swimming pool area but no one check.. so so bad the experience staying here

I leave my key card inside to get food and they won't open doors unless I give them money. It's not the staff fault but it's the senior manager. I wish the Senior Management were more respectful, this is not the best or the cheapest condominiums in the area. Remember management, you only earn money and have a job because of residents, you should be nicer and more respectful. Instead of trying to get more and more money.

Very run down or poorly maintanced buildings. Moldy walls just painted over and with the wrong color white so the walls look like they have been patched up everywhere. The staff and sercurity are good, but it doesnt fix how this place is taken care of. Oh, and the gym is way too small. More treadmills and lipticals than room to use weights if someone else is also using them.
