Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

Great company. They sent a cleaner fast and the job was done very well. I requested a deep cleaning as my unit was empty for almost 2 years and very dirty. Once I went back the unit was completely clean ceiling to floor. Would recommend and use again. Thanks

ข้อดี - Location ดีมาก อยู่ใกล้ MRT ศูนย์วัฒนธรรม และอยู่ตรงข้ามเยื้องกับ เอสพลานาด เดินไปได้สะดวก มีตู้ Vending Machine, ตู้เต่าบิน ใต้คอนโด มี Food Truck เข้ามาขายอาหาร (อัพเดท 2024 ไม่ค่อยมีเข้ามาแล้ว) - เรื่องเสียงรบกวนภายในห้อง ไม่ค่อยมี ถือว่าเงียบใช้ได้ - มีเครื่องซักผ้า/อบผ้า หยอดเหรียญด้านล่าง - ฟิตเนส สระว่ายน้ำ สะอาด แม่บ้าน รปภ และนิติค่อนข้างดีมากก อัธยาศัยดี ช่วยเหลือดี เพื่อนที่มาหา หรือช่างตกแต่งยังบอกว่าคอนโดนี้ เงียบสงบดีมาก รปภ ยิ้มแย้มทักทุกคน **Update ขอแก้ไขเรื่องเสียงในห้องเงียบ ก่อนหน้านี้ห้องตรงข้ามไม่มีคนอยู่ ตอนนี้มีคนมาอยู่แล้ว ผนังห้องน้ำคือ...ถ้าใช้สายฉีดก็ได้ยิน เปิดน้ำปิดน้ำตอนไหน อาบน้ำตอนไหนได้ยินหมด ดังนั้น เสียงอย่างทำอื่นก็คือได้ยิน 🤭 ข้อเสีย - แมลงสาบเยอะมากกก มากจนแทบจะกลบข้อดีไปหมด จะเป็นลมตบแมลงสาบรายวัน ทั้งฉีดทั้งเหยื่อล่อ ทำความสะอาดให้สะอาดยังไง ก็ยังมีเยอะมาก โดยเฉลี่ยวันละ4-5ตัว ตั้งแต่ไซส์เล็ก ไปจนถึงตัวใหญ่ คนที่เกลียดหรือกลัวแมลงสาบมากๆ อาจช็อคได้ - ปิดประตูดังมาก เกือบทุกห้อง จริงๆค่อยๆดันได้ แต่ไม่ค่อยทำกัน

คอนโดสะอาด ทำเลดีมาก วิวเมืองก็ไม่โดนบล็อค ที่จอดรถเพียงพอเวลาจะใช้ นิติทำงานได้ดี และไม่มีปัญหา airbnb มานานแล้วเพราะต้องแสกนนิ้ว
