This is a pet-friendly condominium complex. The building is conveniently located at the corner of Thanon Phayathai and Soi Rangnam. The Juristic Company changed in June '22. Staff from both the previous & the new Juristic company are in general very cooperative and responsive; many speak & understand English quite well. Maintenance staff including cleaners, electricians, plumbers etc. are extremely kind & always ready to help. The gym and an infinity swimming pool are key attractions of the property, both of which are very well maintained by the staff. One can enjoy quite a nice view of the city from the open terrace or from the poolside, both situated on the 34th floor. Car park is located from the 1st to 5th floor; garden partially on the 6th; reading space on the 35th. Residential apartments start from the 6th floor. The Victory Monument (or, Anusawry in Thai) BTS station is just 300 meters north of the building. There's a 7-eleven vending machine and a Tao Bin Smart Coffee Vending inside the lobby ☕ Closest Starbucks & 7-eleven are 250 meters from the condo. The stairs to the BTS station is located just in front of the 7-eleven. If you want to use the elevator to the BTS station, walk past the stairs, maybe another 100 meters, and the elevator will be in front of the 'Rest Note Cafe'. In between the condo and the BTS station, you'll find a medium sized mall named 'Century Movie Plaza Victory,' house to Top's, Watson's, Boots, Mr. DIY and many restaurants. Unfortunately there's no halal restaurant for Muslims in this mall 😓 Muslim residents can order in halal food using Lineman, Grab, Robinhood or FoodPanda. Others can enjoy 'Rangnam Street Food' from afternoon. Some of the downsides of this property are: ➖the neverending traffic congestion on Thanon Phayathai, almost 24/7 😖🚎🚚🚗 ➖As the condo is adjacent to the BTS, people who prefers a quite neighborhood, will find it difficult to stay here📢🔊 ➖ Even though the rooms/apartments are petfriendly, there's a lot of restrictions around where you can take your pet for a walk or just for playing. For dog owners the closest option is a small park accessible from Soi Rangnam. The Juristic doesn't allow catproofing the entire balcony, just up to the railing. They also don't allow carrying pets on the main elevators. One has to use the service lifts. ➖Due to its proximity to the main road, the rooms can get real dusty 😷🧹
