สถานที่กว้างขวาง ที่จอดรถแคบไป ทางขึ้นลงทางเดียว เวลาสวนทางแคบมาก ต้องระวัง ช่องจอดก็แคบตามมา เปิดประตูก็ต้องระวังคโดนคันข้างๆ มีส่วนกลางที่ใหญ่มาก เป็นสนามวิ่งได้เลย เพราะทางยาวรอบอาคาร สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ แถบไม่ต้องออกจากตึกเลย

เป็นคอนโดที่อยู่หลังกรมการขนส่งทางบก วันธรรมดาช่วงกลางวันรถจะติด เพราะคนจะมาต่อทะเบียนรถเยอะมาก ส่วนบริการของทางคอนโดดีมากนะคะ ระบบความปลอดภัยก็ดี มีเจ้าหน้าที่ เวรยามตลอดทั้งกลางคืนกลางวัน สระว่ายน้ำสวยพื้นที่ส่วนกลางสะดวกสบาย สะอาดแต่ที่จอดรถค่อนข้างน้อย ไม่เพียงพอกับจำนวนผู้อาศัย วัสดุตกแต่งในห้องโดยเฉพาะกำแพงห้องบางส่วนมีปัญหาเรื่องน้ำรั่ว แต่ก็แก้ไขให้ลูกบ้านโดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย นิติเรียกง่าย ช่างเทคนิคก็ใส่ใจดี รวมๆแล้วก็จัดว่าดี ถึงแม้จะไม่ดีที่สุดก็ถือว่ามีคุณภาพในระดับที่ราคาจับต้องได้
