Beautiful building and fantastic location! Brand new swimming pool from the pics we saw in the photos. Room was amazing and there is a panoramic view over all Bangkok which is breathtaking. The lifts a bit slow but apparently new lifts are coming next year and the new lift plans are displayed in the lobby. Really love this place and will be back again

Beautiful views, clean rooms, distinguished staff, and the rules are very well applied, there is a beautiful swimming pool to relax with distinctive views, and you can ride the boat in front of the building to take you to different places easily and easily, I recommend it

Nice staff, and good rooms with nice sized balconies. New swimming pool but old gym room. Has too many residents with dogs! Difficult to get to and from as it is hidden away at the bottom of the Soi next to Klong Seam Seap. Handy for water bus in daytime. It's a long way from the BTS unless you get a motorcycle taxi.

Beautiful view over Bangkok n the klong if you are in the upper floor. Old building n in need of renovation. Not near any public transport but within Thong Lor this practical. Need to walk out a bit though. Possible to call motorbike taxis.

Compared to other condos in the same area, size per square meter is considerably cheaper (due to many factors). So most tenants that live here are in the lower to middle class wage bracket. Occupied by working opportunistic farangs, thais, and the cliché farang and desperate Issan couples. Lower floors are crammed with minimum wage workers. - Feels lekker to be judged off of appearance hey Building is very old. Looks haunted. needs a repaint, pipes are leaking, etc. No matter how much they try and 'refurbish', the building is falling apart. Building "technicians" dress like hobos, for the 2 years I've been here seen them change a few light bulbs and clean the pool, still trying to fix the leak 2 years on with no end in sight. If you drive a car like myself, good luck navigating the narrow street leading out the building. The dual way is made into one. Taking up most of the road are unlicensed unhygienic street food vendors, combined with dirty builders, it's like they are having a daily street party, very hard to drive What's positive? both new female building manager and female accountant in juristic office are really nice Leased with a plan to get a dog, a month after, management changed, stayed on to proof a point and I get a kick watching you lot :) Being a Thailand elite member and prefer the finer things in life, I can confidently say that JC Tower is not luxurious and rather depressing.
