7 floor condo in nice quiet area on canal. Friendly staff and excellent property management. Near Habito mall with Starbucks, coffee shops, 7-11, food court, Subway sandwich shop, restaurants and pharmacy. Free condo shuttle bus to On Nut BTS, as well as golf cart transportation to front entrance near Big C.

This is one my favorite properties in Bangkok at the secluded riverside. The property management is beyond great and the neighborhood very peaceful. Well maintained property!

Beautiful Condo really quiet, serene with excellent views being right in front of the Canal. The famous Wat Pho Temple is right opposite as well. Great community with local coffee shops, dining options like Japanese, Mexican, Thai or Western as well.

I’ve never had such a peaceful place like HASU HAUS in bangkok before. I felt at ease whenever come back here. This condo is not close to the BTS station but have a free shuttle every hour. There are cafes, 7/11, Big C, Macro,Tops and local food stalls nearby so it's very convenience. The staff are very kind and always helpful. If I had to say a negative point, they don't allow pets. There is a quiet park around the property where seeing people walking their pets every day. It made me want to get a dog too. That's why I decided to move. I would like to come back someday if pets are allowed.

The only condo that didn’t want to show their facilities. Very unkind and unreasonable staff, only wanted to seat at the aircon and rest.
