Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

Not so far from BTS Station. A lot of food places nearby. But not all is OK. Two 7/11 in 1 minutes walking. Tasco lotus. ATM. About " Happy Place Tower" - is old. Smell in tower like cat pipe. On the roof top don't have swimming pool. But for price is OK.

While the apartment is pleasant, the gym is a complete dump. Old equipments and no maintenance. If you really need to use the gym every morning, this condo is not ok for you

I rented a studio on the 12th floor since May 2018. The view is GREAT and the price is cheap ... That's about it !! The afternoon sun makes the room super hot. There is no pool, the gym has old workout equipment. The location is good with two 7/11 and a Tesco Express right next to it. W District is about 400m away. Motorcycle taxi is right outside the building - 20 baht to Phra Kanong BTS ( about 700m away) . The small road ( soi) outside the building floods easily when there is a downpour. One of the security guard is super friendly . The building is old , the cleaner does a good job but no matter how well they cleaned there is a "smell" in the corridor and sometimes in the lift. One good thing about this place is that it may ALLOWS pets ( my neighbor has a dog) if you registered it with the juristic office. Many foreigners have call this place home, incl. Japanese, French, Russians, Chinese and USA
