It's my first time to see this place. A good friend of mine that i haven't seen for 10 years who lives in this place invited me & I found the place amazing because Happy Condo does not only have beautiful fully furnished rooms, it has everything around it. If you need coffee there is Starbucks that is well known for their best coffee. If you can't afford starbucks, there is the coffee & tea stand in front of the Max Valu. Max Valu is a convenient store open for 24 hours. If you are lazy to cook or tired of cooking, there is Pizza Hut next to it ang MK and restaurants in the opposite side. If you want to swim & exercise, it has a sport club area providing the fitness & swimming pool. There is Carely Nails shop to take good care of your nails. If you a problem with your hair just go to the shop next to it named Bangkok Hair Solutions Clinic. it has GSB bank. And lastly, if you have pets, there is a Pet Wellness Center, pet salon, pet pool & pet hotel. This place is really awesome.

The worst condominium I’ve stayed at. Convenient wise finding necessities and options for food isn’t but I’ve seen better around other condominiums. Management wise one of the worst, they just want your money. Bad leaking problems + electricity outages that completely breaks your electronics. First month of moving in already had both air con leaking and one just stopped working after one of the power outages and having to pay for all of it after you move out even though it wasn't you that broke it. Becareful after moving out of this place. They most likely give your deposit back after claiming 3 months deposit when you move in. I have now moved to a new location and feel the stress lifted a new life after not having to deal with the rude management of the place. After moving out for more than a month from this place I have not gotten the deposit back.

Everything is just within walking distance approx. 50m from condo to max value.

Personal space gives me rest. Facilities are in best working condition. Security, maintenance and utility services are those that give ease in a busy city. I love it!

Happy Condo is centrally located in Lathprao its a self-contained complex including a bank, 24 hour grocery store, Restaurants, Starbucks, hair and nail salons also Pet hotel.
