Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group. The professional stayed quite a few hours until the job was thoroughly done. Real sense of pride. Please refer to before and after photos below.

It’s a pet friendly and low rise apartment in a quiet area on Sukumvit 49/12 with a decent size of swimming pool and gym. Free shuttle bus service drops off at Prompong BTS station and Emquartier shopping mall.

unit 200/117 - permanent sewage smell and noise of neighbors AC compressor (mounted next to sleeping room) are main reasons we moved out before contract term ends; appropriate room insulation only possible with (a) cost sharing (tenant/owner) and (b) contract extension which is arm-twisting gardener and security people cool and friendly, loved to chit-chat with them

Excellent price-performance ratio. Spacious and clean accommodation. Perfect: free water, air conditioning, free transport to the center. The mattresses were very comfortable. There is also a pool, but we didn't use it. We were prepared for our stay with a video. A WhatsApp group was created for us, through which the accommodation could always be reached with any questions. The hotel also organized a reliable transport service that picked us up from the airport. All questions were answered quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended. Very quiet location. However, there is no restaurant in the immediate vicinity. The fitness room is somewhat sparsely equipped, geared more toward endurance equipment than weight training.
