Amazing compound. The units are high quality and every one is very nice there. Spectacular facilities. There is a rooftop area, an amazing swimming pool, and even aqua bikes in the pool! I love the vibe. Amazing work areas. The lobby is expansive and has a conference room. It’s only a 4 minute walk to the well-known tennis academy Troops. It is also only a 15 minute drive to Emquartier, and also very close to places in Bangna. Units are selling out, so if you are interested, then you should come immediately.

The building is low-rise and is surrounded by a residential area. It's around 15 mins walk from BTS On Nut. It has a pool on the ground floor, but the pool is surrounded by units with windows. There's a gym, too. The parking area is on the ground floor and basement. I had the worst customer experience during one of my visits last December. The front desk staff seemed too lazy to open the door (it was locked) for us and was frowning at us when we were trying to come in. It felt like she was judging and interrogating us at the door before letting us in. We were about to view a unit that we were supposed to rent. My agent forgot our appointment, so we had to meet with their colleague, who was cold and not accommodating. Among the condos I visited, this is the only place where I experienced this kind of treatment. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Most agents and staff from juristic offices here in Bangkok are friendly, accommodating, and approachable.

The old security guard has terrible manners with the residents. There was not enough parking for the residents, and the agent did not explain the details before moving in.

The condo is nice, but the project vehicles drive without manners. I recommend teaching them road manners as well. It's not a private road to drive like this.
