Good location. The rent is regarded as in a medium rate compared to condominiums on the opposite of Sathon road.

One of the best places that you can stay in Bangkok. Close to the BTS. Walking distance to 7/11s. Excellent view from the top floors. Infinity swimming pool on the roof and gym facilities. Compact and cozy. Couldn't ask for more!

Awesome location, 20-30 minute drive or less to lots of different landmarks and attractions. Very nice food spots around as well including Super Seoul Cafe.

A very well positioned residential building located in an extremely busy part of Sathorn soi the CBD. This however won't create an issue since new structures already stands as a sound barrier between Centric & Sathorn road. The other benefit is that when looking towards the opposite side away from Sathorn, tat are is covered with super narrow streets and sub-streets legally restricting the height of any structure so there i no risk of someone blocking a rather interesting view. Otherwise serviced by security guards with key- card access receptions leading to the elevators. The highlight of this building would be the rooftop pool and gym. Get off Chong Nonsi SkyTrain station or Surasak to walk around 800+m to reach soi 11. The area has everything: banks, a major hospital, services, supermarket, cafés and restaurants with soi 11 itself known for its food carts, eateries and shops.
