Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

The juristic person staff are not so helpful (basically they are not willing to help you when you have problem with the room, they just try to get rid of you real quick). The best part is the condo is like 0 km. to BTS Taladplu and there are markets and mall nearby. So convenient.

Nice condo with gym and pool located just 20m away from the Talat Phlu BTS station. It's quiet and clean, and the staff and guards are friendly. There is a food market across the road and also a BigC store. The only thing I didn't like is the library/co-working space, because it has no WiFi, tables are not comfortable and it's always too hot there. If you are looking for comfortable working space you should consider something else, otherwise this is a good choice to stay at Bangkok.

This Condominium is located very closed to Talat-plu sky train station and you can find a lot of yummy low-priced foods around the building. Inside here, all activities are adjust to suite itself, pool, fitness gym, sauna, laundry room, etc. The best thing here is the neighbors are very nice!

I'm living there for quite some time now, almost 4 years, and I need to say it's a good condo. Good security, nice room, nice pool, friendly staff, and it's super easy to communicate with them and help you when you having a problem. Also nice area with lot of dinner opportunities. Directly in front of the building is the bts and friendly motorbike taxis.
