Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

The best condo project in Sukhumvit's Phrompong area, in close proximity to Emquartier / the famous EM District. Fully equipped with a meeting room, a resort-style swimming pool, an indoor lounge with a pool table, a tennis court, a table tennis room, an outdoor play area for children, and a mezzanine-level semi-outdoor terrace with seats. Brand new Schindler elevators which were recently installed. Each floor has only about 4-5 units - a high level of privacy indeed. The units themselves are spacious, with large balconies, ensuite bathrooms, powder rooms, and a separate laundry/maid's area which can be repurposed into a mini storage area as well. Management office here is highly competent and even works on Sunday!

Nice Condo, staff is supportive. It has tennis court, kids pay area, pool table (currently not functioning), Good spacious Gym. There are few empty condo's hence there is a bit eco.
