B Republic Condo Cleaning Services

First things are that at some floors the tiles in the hallway are cracked and it’s been this way for multiple months still no improvement. They mark broken tiles with red stickers but seems like they procrastinate way to much and just want to know there is a problem with the floor, not their brain. Secondly, the neighbors are really rude, I’m not giving any more context because they will probably come for my head. Thirdly, cars of other people keep parking in front of other cars due to limited parking space. I’m fine with that but occasionally there are some really Huge cars like vans and fords doing that as well. Who can even push those away ? If they are smaller cars I don’t have issue because I understand. Brother this isn’t america where people are 2 times bigger, have big muscle. Please implement rule about this it’s very irritating. Lastly, during rain the place 100% floods to some degree. When serious rain the place like a whole river. I can probably row a boat inside the parking lot during heavy rain. Have some way of preventing this please. Currently there is only 2 inch wide canal and that’s it. Have like 50 more of those and it can work.

Looked at for a possible purchase; decent condo with gym, steam room, and underground parking. The walk to the BTS is a bit far. Sukumvit Rd has many amenities, though.

It’s so amazing condo to stay here alone; because you can anything and everything yourself wanted to do and to be. It’s so nice and beautiful here.
