I lived in this condo for 10 months .it's really beautiful view from the apartment .the building is very clean and tge common areas are well maintained staff is friendly and it's quite safe with all the amenities.

Goods: location, cleanliness of common area Could have been improved: Staff courtesy and rudeness, building construction quality, parking space for cars, slow elevators. Elevators downtime is high.

I stayed here for 3 months last year from November 2023 to February 2024.. The condo is nice .. the staf are super friendly juristic person and security are so helping and understanding. The condo has a swimming pool on 6th floor which is nice but lack sun as its blocked by the building itself The gym is okayish .. bench sets of dumbells and running treadmill. My condo was rented was neat new .. The condo is 3 minutes away from top supermarket and 24h gym also its 3 minutes away from big c. Its 13 minutes walk to on nut bts The on nut road ( suk77) is a major road with many local shops .. its live street and really safe but closes around midnight as everyone sleeps Overall i really recommended this condo but it depends on the unit you rent thus the landlord and agent

NOT LUXURY!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Shoddy construction. Cheaply built and facilities are so so. Only 3 damn elevators for the whole building, 1 of them is broken 90% of the time. The electricity goes out all the time, even though the whole neighborhood has electricity. The only building in the whole block that always loses electricity when it rains. I suspect the cheap Chinese construction doesn’t want to take the responsibility of fixing all these issues . Do NOT BUY a unit here. There are cracks in the walls and foundation also. The building isnt old and has so many issues. CRACKS in foundation. Just go look at the walls in the parking lot. Rain leaks in windows and causes rot. This place is money trap. Unfixable. Electricity went out for 7 hours the other day.

Fantastic place to live. Close to big C shopping centre and vegetables and fruits market. Short distance walking to BTS and so many facilities. The place is very clean, modern, has security, swimming pool, excersies room. The staff is helpful.
