Very nice condominium in Thong Lo (between Soi 39 and Soi 55). The alley and apartment is very quiet and you have a beautiful view over the surrounding neighborhood. The area is super convenient, plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance and the condo offers a shuttle service to the BTS station. Common facilities with a beautiful pool, gym and garden are on the roof of the building. The management is super helpful and very nice. Great place!

Great low-rise condo located in the heart of Thonglor. Close to all the action. Rooftop pool and well equipped gym. Close to J Avenue shopping mall and many famous restaurants and nightlife on Thonglor Sukhumvit 55. Easily access Sukhumvit Soi's 49, 39 (Emporium, EmQuatier), 31 (Prompong, Benjasiri Park) and 23 (Asoke, Terminal 21, MRT) via back Soi's. Also access to river boat taxis 600m walk away from The Mosque station. The boat can take you as far as Khao San Road skipping traffic during rush hour.

The management could be so much better. First of all, this place is new and it's understandable that there will be some renovations. However the management allow the contractors to saw and drill in the unit under renovation with the door open, as a result the air in the whole unit is smoky and reeks of chemicals. Since I moved here I've been sick several times (coughing and phlegm) One of the work has also set off the smoke detector alarm, alarming the residents. The worst thing now is since many units are still not occupied, ongoing renovations will continually degrade the living experience here. The condo management also makes it a pain to move furniture or appliances up to an individual unit. They expect that furniture and appliances can't be moved using elevators with the excuse of safety. However moving furniture up several flight (8 floors max) of stairs would pose much more of a safety risk, not to mention potential damage to the furniture or appliance if any accident should occur. It is clear this place sorely lacks a service elevator. The condo provides complimentary Tuk Tuk service. However the service is very sporadic. Sometimes there is no driver, sometimes the Tuk Tuk needs repairing. So much so that I've learned to not rely on the service any more. Positives? So far the place is maintained quite well, the floors are cleaned every day and the staffs can also be helpful in terms of utilities and bill payments. Overall my stay here has been a rather sub-par experience. It is hard to call a place home when there is so many discomforts and inconveniences, especially with the poor air quality and disruptions from renovations.
