Hi there, The building looks so nice so I thought I'd check it out and consider renting. When I arrived there was so much noise though! Like so much that you couldn't hear another person speak. I understood for the people living there that condos were constantly being constructed. That it had been like that for months and would be going on for months as many condos are empty. At that nothing was being done about it, not by management or the owners. I was on the 35th floor. The noise was condo 28/56. I would never rent or buy it. The owner was not flexible at all I understand. I am so glad that I had this experience so that I didn't end up renting it. Be careful with this one! Don't rent or buy here! Best wishes, Rik
