Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

Good place to visit in bangkok. I saw so many foreigners ride a boat and took photos and learn more about thailand culture and arts.

Been living here for a year. cons: - sewer smells sometimes; - cockroaches (large ones too) can crawl in. Having a cat to hunt them down helps; - taxi/delivery sometimes misses the place; - shop downstairs is inconsistent in its work hours; - expressway can be noisy sometimes; - closest 7-11 is ~10 min by foot; - default option for internet is xDSL (fiber is available though). pros: - personnel is nice and kind; - security can get your packages from online shops and hand them out to you; - neighborhood is not really crowded and is close to public transportation modes (bus, khlong boat, motorcycle taxi); - JP helps with minor stuff and does it fast (e.g clogged drain on the balcony gets fixed same day at no expenses); - spacious units, thick walls, large balconies; - okay pool and gym; - good laundry; - pet friendliness 100%; - luxury interior (real wood and stone used); - almost no short-stayers, so not many people crowding in the lobby with luggage etc; - no over-complicated stuff like elevators working only with RFID tags etc. Plain faceID downstairs and good old keys and locks in the units. Good place, felt like home. Would definitely prefer this place to a newer condo where you can hear neighbors snoring.

A number of condo units available for rent, pets friendly places. The location is 600 meters from the main city sky train, a number of embassies, nearby. It is walkable to prestigious department stores where one can find good restaurants and supermarket. Very convenient living place.

Yes it’s little old condominium more over new LIEFE@wireless is dominated. Still there is one point you can look for Witthayu- accessibility In economy. B’coz rents are cheaper than other new condos. Maintenance will be a problem due to age of building. We are currently staying here. Added photos of outside and inside premises. Ac-wifi room is available 24X7.Massage chair.Gym.pool for both kids and adults. Play area with no maintenance also available. Near to soi nai let
