A quiet &clean place in amidst downtown. Fully furnished condo with reasonable price to rent .Easy to travel with decent restaurants along the street. The street is connected with both Rama 4 and Sukhumvit Roads. Easy access to toll way Great facilities free of charge:gym, swimming pool and sauna room. You can feel local Thai atmosphere in this neighborhood too!

Stayed here for a month through airbnb. The elevators are so small & stuffy inside. The onsen rooms or whatever they are called, on the ground floor of Building B, adjacent to the gym are very smelly. We stayed at Building C. The rooms are quite spacious but the maintenance is very bad. Cockroaches & bad smell came out of the pipe in the bathrooms multiple times during our stay. Such a nightmare living here. Their shuttle bus service is pretty good though.

the condominium itself looks nice, has a nice pool, gym and polite security guards. if you are looking to book an airbnb here, DONT! the condo itself forbids it and some reviews also wrote about being raided by police. our room was also a mess but this is all up to the apartment owner, the condo itself is fine.

Great visit with my son, who lives here. The security guards are super helpful and vigilant. VTARA36 has every convenience, including gym and super-sized pool surrounded by lush landscaping. Feels like you are in the middle of paradise, but instead are in the trendy Sukhumvit District of Bangkok with modern shops, bars, and restaurants conveniently within walking distance.

This place is private apartment no hotel, not for Air BNB, daily rent if you use like a hotel you will be fire.
