Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group. An older not so well maintained complex but it houses the VFS office for some countries so need to visit it, there are some shops outside mostly for visa pictures and printouts. There are some cafes and eateries as well. On the outside this building has many places with pool tables, some restaurants and sports bars.

Extortionate parking fees and how are they allowed to cause so much traffic? The loading/unloading and pickup/dropoff area is tiny considering the amount of traffic they receive each day. They're redoing the footpath but it doesn't seem like they're making it any smaller. If the pickups/dropoffs and loading/unloading is causing traffic, which it is, it should be outside public roads. Make the footpath smaller and make more space for such activity.
