โครงการนี้เป็น คอนโด 8 ชั้น ใจกลางทำเลรัชดา-ลาดพร้าว ติด Sky Walk สถานีรัชดา เพียง 25 เมตรเท่านั้น และยังเป็นจุด Interchange รถไฟฟ้าสายสีน้ำเงิน MRT สถานีลาดพร้าวเพียง 400 เมตร พื้นที่ส่วนกลางของที่นี่ดีมาก มีทุกอย่างครบครัน และด้วยดีไซน์แบบ Classic Heritage ได้แรงบันดาลใจจากการออกแบบของสถานีรถไฟสไตล์อังกฤษ ทำให้ลูกบ้านมีพื้นที่ส่วนกลางที่หรูหรา นอกจากนี้บรรยากาศในโครงการค่อนข้างมีความ Private เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชอบความเป็นส่วนตัวแต่อยากอยู่อาศัยในทำเลใจกลางเมือง

อาศัยอยู่ที่นี่มาหนึ่งปีกว่า ๆ แล้ว ด้วยรวมค่อนข้างประทับใจ พอรถไฟฟ้าสายสีเหลืองเสร็จรู้สึกเดินทางง่ายขี้นมาก ๆ จากหน้าคอนโดไปได้เลย ต่อไป mrt ได้อีกไม่ต้องเดินเลาะถนนแล้ว ส่วนกลางตอบโจทย์ แนวสโลไลฟ์ที่เงียบสงบมาก ๆ การตกแต่งสวยงาม ระบบความปลอดภัยดี แต่ว่าตัวโครงการยังมีหลาย ๆ ส่วนที่ต้องเพิ่มเติม/ปรับปรุง 🫶 แต่โดยรวมถือว่าดีค่ะ ราคาดีสำหรับทำเลติดรถไฟฟ้าสองสาย เดินทางสะดวก

ที่สุดของความสำเร็จอีกครั้งสำหรับการเดินรถไร้คนขับ สำหรับผมถึงแม้นว่านั่งแล้วจะสะดุดบ้างในบางช่วงนั้นไม่ใช่ปัญหา(เพราะรอยต่อไม่เสมอ)ความเร็วก็ถือว่าใช้ได้จากสถานีกลันตัน/ลาดพร้าว//กับมาถึงสถานีกลันตันใช้เวลา ประมาณ40.นาทีกว่ารวมยืนรอขบวนรถด้วยถือว่าเร็วมากครับ(ขอบคุณ ลุงตู่ ที่วางรากฐานงานรถไฟฟ้า รถไฟรางคู่ ถนนหลายสายทุกจังหวัด และศูนย์อุสาหกรรมในหลายจ.ว.ทำทางเชื่อมต่อถึงกันขอบคุณครับ ลุงตู่

สวยงามครับแต่อยู่ในซอยลึกไปหน่อยครับ ราคาดีกลางเมืองย่านรัชดา-ลาดพร้าว ใกล้ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษมใกล้ตึกช้างและใกล้สถานที่ราชการและห้างสรรพสินค้าหลายแห่งเช่น คปภ,ศาลอาญา,เมเจอร์รัชโยธิน,ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ สำนักงานใหญ่เป็นต้น.
