Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

A fairly recent development, it is a mid range development with a nice gym, swimming pool and small meeting facilities. If you like quiet, this is ideal as there are no shops, though there is a 7-11 just round the corner. There are also two outlets for EVs and a shuttle to the nearby MRT station. As with most condominiums, parking is only provided for 40 percent of the number of units. Decent access security.

Place is nice and new. Swimming pool and Gym room is good. Price a bit high but it's OK. Location is ok, not far from BTS Onnut, buggy service to Tesco. But not recommended for long term rental due to high EMF and MW radiation from 5G antennas and other devices around building and from other Apartments down the street. Not allowed call Grab or Bolt motorbike services to the building, have to walk to the beginning of the street to get it.

strength Regarding the cleanliness of the condo, it is always clean. Take good care of the common areas Take care of beautiful trees Spray for termites and insects every month. There are activities at the condo all the time. There is constant paint, but it's at a central price. There's a big fitness center. Most of the people in the condo are cute and friendly. There are always free vegetables to pick and use for cooking. There is a charger for the BTS and a shuttle bus to and from BTS. weakness There is little parking. The law changes every year. There are many people and different needs are normal. The coin-operated washing machine was a bit dirty.
