Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

Luxury condominium at the very center of one of the most expensive area in Bkk. Love the classic Bkk vibes. Nice pool and gym. Private place. Great security.

The Address Chidlom building is ok, but renting apartment 9/506 has been a very bad experience. The apartment in general needs to be renovated. In particular the kitchen is literally falling apart and I have had 4 leakages in the few years that I lived there. The owner refuses a lot of repairs, which caused a lot of damage to the floor in particular. Then once I moved out the owner stole a lot of my deposit citing the damage from the things he should have repaired himself, and made up damage to the sink.

Visited this condo today. Didn't find any issues mentioned in some previous review. No construction noise - the area was quiet. No any smells from canals in the room. But the building definitely shows some signs of age, though not too obvious. Overall it looks luxury: spacious common spaces and apartments, high ceilings, lots of natural stone, art deco styling.

I live in this condo and it feels really great as the staff welcomes and greets you every time and is very helpful. Also this place has a swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam bath which are very useful.
