This place surely has a lot of noise pollution for a luxury condo. The walls are thin. There is lengthy constant construction here and there. Also a super loud toxic waste release system (which occurs every week) sounded like a heli engine right above your ceiling. The construction contractors can be seen everyday using the main elevators (sometimes barefooted) leaving dusty footprints despite the separate elevators being provided. All in all it was quite a surprise for a luxury segment. However, it is located in a prime location. Concierge staffs are also very nice and helpful.

Expensive for what ? Noise, smelts. This condo is not finished, you live in a work site every day. We rent a 100 sqm for 6 months and not a day without noise and without a mail from Juristic to tell no swimming pool during 4 days, the lights are power-off, noise and smell will be listen during 1, 2, 3 weeks or 1 month for adjustement works. Otherwise, I asked to check the power circuit because the price is very high. Personal of the condo came, from them, everything is normal ! For information in my house in France (200 sqm) I paid around 100 euros / month (with an outside swimming pool which needs a lot of electricity between May and September). Here, I pay around 180 euros / 200 euros / month. The vital space is the double in France and the cost power (Kwh) in France is the double too. This is not normal but nobody want understand that here. I think you could find better and cheaper in other areas (Ratchadamri or Asoke for example). I'm waiting for may 2025 to leave here (end of my lease agreement) with a big smile ! Only one positive point : Pet friendly and we have a mall dog. The rest is really disappointing. The quality of the material too. We hear the neighboor where he take a shower or a bath. It's not the luxury we could expecting when we signed.

New building. Very Noisy. Outside noise through glass everyday. Hate it. Water noises in room. Leaving soon. Breaking lease. Not good way to life.

Make sure that if you invite your friend and your friends never lost the parking ticket . Parking ticket is smaller than 7-11 receipt, if you lost it the fee is 500 thb . It is totally insane . If you are the host it will embarrass you. Besides parking fee is 100 thb per hour . Make sure that your friend come by BTS or walk . And off couse the service is 1 star level different from building appearance .
