Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

Very nice place. convenient to reach by BTS (sky train) the lobby is quite good, and has a friendly staff there. the main issue is that it doesn't have an entrance for people. there is only one small door that needs a keycard. so guests have to enter from the same place as cars, which can be a little dangerous and inconvenient.

This review is solely for unit 18/202 on the 17th floor. I would like to start by saying the staff, cleaners, and security in the building are great. If you can find literally any other owner in this building you should rent here. However I just burned a 36,000b deposit to get away from the owner I was renting from and I consider it worth every penny. Her unit had a huge problem with smelly sock air conditioners, and the guys she sent kept cleaning it and it would be fine for a few days and then stink again. Her solution was to give me some charcoal, by the way, didn’t do anything. She refused to help with the TM30, and the realtor who rents the unit is her friend, so they both lied about how much the owner needs to be involved in the process. Literally 30 seconds to help, but refused as my wife’s mother was staying with us while we looked for a place and we needed it for report in. When we were moving our stuff out, she literally called the condo security and tried to have them stop us from leaving. We were completely paid up for the month, and she had our deposit, what a crazy lady. Oh, and the best part of it all is that there’s small flying drain gnats in her home. There’s no way to get rid of them, I tried everything, no matter how hard you work to keep your home clean, there will be small flying bugs and it’ll smell because of the AC. Oh, and the best best part is that she’s one of those owners that’s going to be bugging you all the time. I pay early every month, pay all utilities, etc, and she still is up your butt. Worth every penny of the deposit to never hear from the lady again.

Very nice swimming pool and sauna, but the gym is too small and miss basic équipements.
