ห่วยมาก ก่อสร้างแย่ ซื้อมาไม่เคยได้อยู่ ปล่อยห้องไว้ พอมาดู น้ำรั่วซึมเข้าผนังห้อง พื้นบวม แจ้งนิติหลายรอบให้เรียกช่างซ่อม แต่นิติไม่สนใจอ้างโน้นนี้เยอะ บอกต้องนัดช่างโลยตัวตึกซ่อม แต้งตั้งแต่มกรา 2567 จนตอนนี้ก็ยังไม่จัดการให้! คอนโดหลายล้านบริการห่วย วัสดุห่วย แถมห้องน้ำเหม็นมากผิดปกติ กลิ่นไปทั่วห้อง ดูรีวิวห้องอื่นก็เจอปัญหาเดียวกัน ช่างไม่ใส่กรองที่โถตอนสร้าง แย่ๆมาก นิติบอกให้หาช่างมาซ่อมหรือยาแนวเอง ไม่จัดการสักอย่าง อยากจะฟ้องดำเนินคดีละ
