Green Ville 1 condominium Cleaning Services

Maybe new to rental market as some most basic things not supplied or ready. It did feel a little like we had arrived before finishing touches had been put on apartment to rent given the few very basic things missing. The Good * quiet location but a long walk to find decent supermarkets and restaurants, not an ideal location we found * apartment adequate size for a couple * extremely comfortable bed which is a rarity in Thailand, 2 different size pillows a nice touch. The bed linen problem needs addressing immediately as per below * fridge a good size * photos do not do pool justice, its actually in side of building, not really indoors as indicated, cool temperature but only 3 seats to sit beside it, no sun lounges The Not So Good * no flat plates, no butter knife and NO kettle upon arrival, requested kettle and was delivered next day, it was dirty inside but we cleaned it. * bed looked like it was still to be made as duvet did not have a cover, nor top sheet?? Never seen in any hotel/apartment a bed without duvet cover and top sheet. Far too hot to sleep with duvet Owner delivered 2 duvet covers on day 4 but neither actually fitted duvet, far too small size, so again useless as no flat sheet provided * supplied was about 30 small shampoo & shower gel but only 1 toilet roll for the whole week, towels look to be sort of new, as wouldnt dry properly, like using wax paper to dry off. * There is a very small child like container/mug in bathroom that 2 people are meant to use for used toilet paper, totally inadequate. Picture attached. Proper container needs to be purchased immediately otherwise guests like us will flush toilet paper. * Sofa is extremely hard with no cushioning, we couldnt sit for longer than 1 hour without having to get up.

A condominium space a bit of a walk away from BTS Punnawithi. Cozy area near local markets and a 7-11 convenience store nearby. They have done parking spaces and 24/7 security guards. Each building and lift is accessible via a unique key card. Alright location that is cheaper than inner city areas like Ekkamai or Phra Khanong.

Legal personnel and security guards, good service, friendly, nice condo, quiet even though it is near the road. Comfortable 😊
