Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

Nice, comfort and cozy room. This condo is not luxurious, quite loft and minimal. Surrounding with trees and big house with fence. No noise from the street. Quite place. All units are BIG room type. No worry about next doors' noise. No studio room type. Only one bed room (around 40 sqm.) and two bed room (around 45-48 sqm.) Suitable for family with kids or couple to stay within the rent price equal to studio type of other condo near by. Going to BTS Samrong or Bearing by motorcycle 10baht. Parking lots are over 100%, no need to chase for parking lot or park outside the building like other condos that provide 45-50% parking lots. There are small public park next to the building, where you can jogging and aerobic. Fresh food shop, Restaurants, Market, Department store and 7/11 within short walk from condo.

Great swimming pool and views. However, the gym is tiny and outdoors.

Nice and clean condo. There is parking, a swimming pool and a small gym. Pleasant staff, 24-hour security. You can only enter the house using a key card. There is a lot of greenery around and birds are constantly singing. Sometimes you can see squirrels nearby. The only negative is that there are a lot of stray dogs in the evenings, it’s not very safe to walk.
