Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

Nice condo, small but well laid out and good facilities, gym is not big but has everything you need. Great pool on the 8th floor / rooftop with nice view (especially for sunset)

Nice condo. we rented one for 2 months whilst my wife was taking English lessons at the ‘ajarn adam’ school nearby. Room came with Netflix TV, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen and nice shower. Also has a communal pool on the roof, small fitness suite and a tuk tuk service that’ll take you to the nearest BTS. Be aware that WiFi, electricity tuktuk etc will be added to costs (not much 1500 baht a month iirc). Downside for us was the pollution in Phaya Thai at time we stayed was so bad that we didn’t use the pool much as we’d like, but that isn’t their fault of course.

It's a small new condo with 8 floors. The swimming pool is on the 8th floor, beautiful view. The surrounding atmosphere is like being at home. Opposite the school It is next to many restaurants. It's like being close to BTS Ari. But I couldn't walk. Seriously, I was very tired. It would be better to sit and win. Lovely staff There's a bit of parking.
