The facility is amazing. This condo has been constructed for nearly 7 years but the facility that this condo offer is still in a good condition be it swimming pool, fitness room or clubhouse. These staff is not bad at least they did their job. The washing machine broke down quite often. Some neighbors like to make noises but most of the neighbors are quiet we rarely see anyone. The elevator doesn’t seem to work properly sometimes.

I almost love everything while I'm staying here but one thing that I felt down so much is some security staff and how they managed the parking space in the building. when the parking was full, I went to them for help but they asked me to park outside the building (the parking space for visitors or delivery service) and said that out very easy that will keep eye on it!? seriously? THAT WAS TERRIBLE!

good condo but have problem about parking that u just can park 1 car or 1 motorcycle. and u should go park in parking and movie your car from around the building to the parking before 10:00 if not should pay 1000 and this is crazy coz that is also parking but I don't understand why we should move .

Cheap, new, and clean. Close to Sathorn and Silom. Easy to get on the highway. Except nothing close by. Need to walk 5 min to supermarket, street food, 7/11). Good if living alone and working all day outside and eating dinner outside. Oh, the pool is really dirty... Gym sucks. Parking is full. Cannot park rental cars and visitor parking. Really strict.

There are always problems with the elevators and one out of three elevators is constantly out of commission resulting in lengthy cues and lengthy waits for an elevator. There is no air conditioning in the elevator and it is very hot.........
