This is an excellent apartment complex if you're looking to have a longer stay in Bangkok and don't mind being a bit further out from the main tourist entertainment areas. The communal facilities are excellent; you have a long 90 meter pool on the north side and a second pool (32 meters) on the south side. The smaller pool is next to a well equipped gym with cardio equipment and free weights, dumbbells going up in 5lb intervals to 50 lbs. A regular free minvan takes you upto Udom Suk BTS, under 15 mins to Asok from there. Alternatively jump on a motorcycle taxi waiting near Udom Suk or Punnawithi stations, 10 Baht to Elio del Ray from either station. There is a small restaurant on the East side of the large pool and good size supermarket on site. Apartments here are very affordable and it's very quiet; you don't get the noise of all the tourist coming & goings of hotels. I would say the demographic of most residents here is young single thai professional. There is also a communal office area in one of blocks with free Wifi/Power points for those who want to work here

A hidden gem in Bangkok. One of the best condo to live in. Great management, good communication on Line for updates and news from the juristic office, amazing pool, great coworking. Units have privacy and they benefit from great infrastructures in the nearby. Highly recommended.

Felt pretty unwelcome after trying to talk to their JP / Sales / Admin staff. Otherwise, it's not a bad place to live. Besides a few cracks showing in terms of things not getting fixed, the staff on the ground are pretty on-the-ball and they do a lot more than many property management outfits.

Elio Del Ray is nice condo at Sukhumvit 64. Enjoy with Large Pool and small pool where near by Gym. Compound is wide and good for walking excises. The shuttle bus free services compound to UdomSuk. Good clean and security, available Max Value and local foods near by. And 3 minutes walk to 7eleven, Burger King, Cafe Amazon, Black Canyon, Dairy Queen and more shops. You can go local wet market ride with bike or shuttle at UdomSuk station. The condo place is between Paunnawithi and Udomsuk BTS station. The location is nice for Myanmar families. Because of some international school are not far from the condo. Also available Myanmar foods and cooking accessories.

I like the Elio Del Ray condo, at Sukhumvit 64. These condos have a quiet lobby, gym, mini restaurant, mini- mart and gym. The mini-mart name is Max Value. Its the lobby has a 9 ball pool-table. It has a large pool and a small pool. The large pool is in front of the buildings and the small pool is in front of the gym. Sometimes the large pool is, the leaves are dropped into the water. And it has a free shuttle bus. Can reach 3 min or 4 min walk to 7 eleven, Texa chicken, Burger king, Cafe Amazon, Dairy Queen ice-cream, Black Canyon and other shops. It is between the Paunnawithi and UdomSuk BTS station. You should live in Elio Del Ray, when you arrive in Bangkok.
