Encounter a bad room owner in this condo. Rented a room through their juristic admin for a six-month period contract. At the time of renting, they agreed that they will provide a TV in the living room. After transfer the 2 month deposit and one month rental and move in the room, the so called owner of the room messaged to me they cannot provide a TV because it is a short term contract and demand me to move out if I am not happy with it with a refund. The agent and juristic person also did not solve the issue for me despite calling them for their help. One of the security guards was also quite rude and very unwelcoming. One thing to take note if you are staying for long term, there is a shooting range behind, and it is very noisy during the day.

This condo is not suitable for foreigners, because the managers of juristic office don’t speak English at all, so it’s almost impossible to solve any problems. Sometimes they block you key card, so you can’t come into the building, sometimes they take away your electric bills or your parcels, so you can’t find it. And it’s impossible to know why they do all this, because they don’t speak or don’t want to speak English and explain anything to you. There is a Shooting range near to the building, so it’s very noisy during day. Also, the walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors speaking or listening music or anything else, it’s too noisy all the time.

Not sure when the buildings were built, but they're still pretty new. The room size is comfortable for 1 pax. I love the view from my terrace, but dislike surrounding noises the most. Luckily, I rent here for just a month. There is a shooting arena close to the condo, so if you're planning to stay in the room during the day, you'd have to bear with the gun shot sound everyday. I find it truly annoying as I've to study. However, this place is pretty quite at night except for footsteps sound that clearly echo in the hallway or conversations pass through the wall from neighbors next door. The facilities are ok, small and new fitness, swimming pool, common room, washers and dryers. The location is suitable for those who drive. It's not close to BTS and you'll have to take a motocycle for more than 15 THB to get to the BTS. Also, I find it difficult to get food around here too. There are a few delivery restaurants on the same street but sometimes they close, you know. I got a car to drive to nearby small restaurants around here, but there's nowhere to park. The parking space in this community is rare I'd say. Overall, before committing to purchase or rent here, please consider widely and wisely.

Just a very nice condo near Beating Skyway. It is a very nice place for people looking for calm and sobriety. The condo is modern and up to date. All facilities are OK. Not for tourists
