I’m sorry as I hate to write bad reviews, but this building is not in a good condition at all. There is a very bad smell all around, me and my friend both booked apartments via Airbnb and they look much much better in the pictures. In reality the smell inside both apartments was horrible, moldy, the furniture are much older than they look. If you happen to find a good owner that keeps the house well maintained- you are lucky. The location on the contrary is excellent! Many places to explore by food, train station, park, malls, amazing coffee on the street…

Depending on availability of apartments and what you get during renting your experience may vary. I don’t recommend smaller apartments. Most owners live aboard and apartments are managed by property management. If you need a kitchen this is not the right building for you. Layout in most units is confining and impractical and not suitable for longer stay. Rooftop pool, gym, and rest area are probably the best features of the building. There is new construction with a lot of noise behind the building.

It is a beautiful place for a couple to stay. Cheap but well maintained. A little I side the lane and getting back late may be a bit scary. But all facilities provided and security is place. It's a good stay one should plan it.

Nice small hotel along Soi Sukhumvit 12 which is relatively quiter area when compared with many streets nearby. This hotel has all amenities which a 2-3* hotels would have. The staff is friendly, restaurant offers decent range of food, has a small outdoor pool to soak yourself in. Additionally they have a place for small get togethers for let's say about 100-120people. I have seen people celebrating birthdays here.
