Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

I live here. It is a very nice Condominium. Affordable rents with facilities including gym, pool, dryer and cleaners, front and backyard garden, huge parking. Amazing city view on both sides from higher floors.

The manager (Current year 2024) is very racist if any foreigner who want to rent or stay here please think about about this. Low class behaviour no humanity. Only tries to show his labour-minded boss mentality that they are HISO but in fact complete low class behaviour. We have rented many HISO condos in central Bangkok as in this place. Just show off

In my opinion, this condominium is a great place to live. It is located in the center of Bangkok. This location is very convenient because it can be accessed by public transportation. You can walk to the BTS skytrain and the airport link station in around 15 minutes. There are some essential facilities such as, car park, elevators, washing machines, swimming pool and fitness center in this condo. Juristic people, security guards and housekeepers are polite. The building has sturdy structure, and the security is also very good.

Its a nice condo that is well maintained. The location is great. Near the bts, shopping and quick access too several expressways etc. It is also very near a small park. Shopping in and around Victory Monument as well as the surrounding malls is great. The security here is also very good. You should feel quite secure staying here.

Nice condo: pool, gym, free wi-fi at the lobby. Great location: near BTS, bus stop, 7/11, lots of food stores, market.
