A large nice condominium on Petchkasem, Thonburi. convenience & easy go to the center of Bangkok by MRT. The condominium is nearly with MRT Bangwa. Just walk few minutes. Feel with natural environment. There are nice garden and a lot of parking area. Suitable with who are looking the residence for true relax.

clean and comfortable place to stay with friendly staff, good security. Sometimes, jurisdiction documentation might be hassles, but it deserves a 5-star rating due to its proximity to BTS Bang Wa and nearby Siam University + A1 Service.

I've been here for 6 months. 1) security is very good. the key card only allows you to go to your floor. 2) Location is very good. Close enough to MRT and BTS to use, but far enough away so you dont see the everyday foot traffic. 3) Neighbors all seem nice. Not too friendly but not pains in the butt either. All are polite and mostly quiet. No trouble with noise. 4) Rooms are small and cozy (really REALLy cozy lol), Probably not big enough for kids, but perfect for a single or couple. Lots of students and teachers from the University stay here. But non of the "animal house" issues. To the person complaining about the pool, No its not a lap pool, but you didnt know that before moving in? Come'on Man! lol.... Plus, i think i could do laps in it... just be careful at the turns... :)

The pool is a joke. I don't know what's the designer thinking when design the pool. They don't know the concept of privacy, function, and aesthetic. Now, people don't want to swim there. As evidence, during my stay here, I only see 1 person swim there. Most people just sit around it. And it would have been much better if there's laundry room. I hope after all the stores open, there's laundry. One can hope though. Anyway, if I haven't sign the rental agreement, I would rent another place.
