Great accommodation. Lots to do nearby at the plaza and easy to travel via bolt and grab. The security guards are very friendly and helpful plus there is a lovely air conditioned reception downstairs where you have seating and tables where you can work or just relax. There are lockers here and dedicated table area for food deliveries making it very convenient if order food delivery. The apartments are small but very fully functioned with excellent showers and small balcony for drying washing. Access is via keycard and pin access.

The location here is excellent, tranquil amidst the hustle and bustle. It’s only a few minutes away from On Nut station, yet it’s far from the noise. The interior is clean and tidy, and the security staff are always smiling and greeting, happy to help. The pork noodle stall diagonally across the street is particularly delicious, and there’s a 7-Eleven right outside.

This condo is maintained very good. Staffs are so kind and friendly. And it has clean and useful switches pool, fitness, library and lobby. Its location is very good too. Only one thing I don't like is the road to the BTS station. The road is very narrow so everyone should be careful.

The best condominium at the On Nut . It’s really the most clean place in all Bangkok, because staff do cleaning every day , and also they make a cleaning the parking area inside condo . So quiet place , very good gym and swimming pool , security 24/7 . The room not big but so stylish.

they have 3 buildings A,B,C. A is near the sukhumvit 81. view on it is noisy. price for 1bedroom 27m2 10-16000. one room had strange hum from nowhere. another had 5mm hole in a main window which allowed noisy from the parking entrance to come into a room. very good location. thin walls can hear neighbours voices behind the wall. i watched 4 units in building A all had problems. most of room with bed to neighbours bed wall. building B and C is better but i didn't find units for rent there. agent office near juristic person. just walk in.
