เป็นโครงการที่ผ่านประจำ ผ่านทีไรแอบมองทุกครั้งว่าเป็นการจัดผังโครงการได้ดูดี มองแล้วร่มรื่น น่าอยู่ มีส่วนกลางที่เป็นจุดอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน บนทำเลที่น่าสนใจเดินทางสะดวกติดถนนหลักหลายสาย ขอคุยกับเซลล์ก็ให้คำปรึกษาดี ห้องก็เป็นสัดส่วนเน้นการใช้งาน อยากเป็นเจ้าของสักห้องเลยค่ะ

อยากเตือนให้ระวังแบรนด์นี้เรื่องคุณภาพงานซ่อม และการหมกเม็ดครับ เนื่องจากผมซื้อ mazarine รัชโยธิน พบปัญหาเยอะตั้งแต่ซ่อมหลังโอน ห้องราคา 5 ล้านยังทำให้ดีไม่ได้ ที่เหลือคงเชื่อใจยาก โครงการไม่สามารถคุมช่างได้ต้องร้องเรียนจนปวดหัว —- edit เพิ่มล่าสุดอยู่มา 1 ปีเพิ่งรู้ว่าฝ้าไม่ซีล แอร์ที่หายใจดูดอากาศมาจากทางเดิน/ห้องท่อ วันดีคืนดีกลิ่นไก่ทอดออกมาจากช่องแอร์ ทั้งๆที่ไม่ได้ทำอาหาร(ห้องข้างๆทำ)
