The apartment had everything I needed: • A private room with a view of the city’s Instagram-worthy skyscrapers and a temple • Refrigerator • Electric kettle • Microwave • Fast WiFi • TV • Washing machine • 2 air conditioners The condominium is well-maintained and secure, with friendly guards. There’s a café, coffee shops, dessert places, a pool, and a gym on-site. Additionally, there’s a parcel box near security for deliveries. It’s located in a pleasant and quiet area, with a 7-Eleven and a street food market nearby. Communication was smooth, and I received all the necessary instructions to enter without any issues. Bonus: No cockroaches at all in my experience and the walls not that bad, I sleep well at night.

My experience with the security guards was deeply unsettling, marked by unnecessary dismissiveness and a feigned lack of understanding, even when aided by Google Translate. I did find it odd he directed my grab to a building past the building I needed to enter, seemingly intentional. As a solo traveler arriving late at night, I found this encounter particularly distressing. Upon arrival, it’s best to head directly to the building where you'll be staying and retrieve your key from the mailbox, as seeking assistance from the guards is futile. The team—typically composed of two men and one woman—displayed shockingly unhelpful behavior, even instructing me to place my luggage in the rain. It appears their role is devoid of any obligation to assist visitors, making it far more beneficial to seek help from a resident. The guards’ conduct at the entrance was disturbingly unbecoming and entirely unacceptable. I’m glad I didn’t tip the 3,300 baht I typically give such guards who assist me. Karma has a way of decimating ill souls who unnecessarily try to sabotage me, not every soul one encounters should be trifled with.

Wonderful modern condo with an amazing pool! Lots of security and staff 24/7, I always felt very safe. Didn’t try the cafe, but grab delivery was always readily available. The property itself is very clean, however the surrounding areas were a bit sketchy and not very walkable. I mostly rode motorbike taxis while staying here. However, it was an extremely affordable and comfortable stay and I would definitely do it again!

Beautiful, clean, safe and well equipped condo. We stayed 15 with my partner and we had a great time there. The condo is relatively calm and quiet. We stayed in building D so from the balcony we couldn't here the highway near by. The location is ok. 4mins walking from 7/11 and 8 from local street food restaurants. The pool was always very clean and there is enough chairs and table for you to relax. The gym is relatively small. The restaurants and cafés inside the condo are great but relatively more expensive than what you can find outside.
