Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

I've lived here for over a year, and I'm very happy. The condos are a big bigger than most in the area, and the price is reasonable because the building is a bit older. The staff are friendly, and the juristic office sort any problems quickly. Would definitely recommend for long-term renting.

There are 2 buildings of Baan Klang Krung condonimiun as well as other 2 smaller buildings of The Address in the same complex. It's a little bit older than the other condominiums around Ratchathewi area. However, the space is generous comparing to its price. The location is excellent, less than 100 metres from BTS Ratchathewi. There are 2 entrance from Petchaburi road and Phyathai road. A lot of parking space, if you dont have a resident sticker, it is 100 Baht a day. Facilities is good a big swimming pool, gym, sauna, squash court, and library in each building. Building management and security is very effective.

Baan Klang Krung is a wonderful condominium near the Ratchathewi BTS. The building is well maintained and the staff are very kind and welcoming. It is a really great place to live.
