Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

Good location and near BTS just walk 7 minute. Room is quite big . I love swimming pool.

Half decent condo with rooftop pools, sauna, and gym (better in building S). Quite quiet while still close to Sukhumvit. Guards and cleaners are very helpful and cordial. Shame it's ruined by over regulation and rules posted everywhere with fines for everything, plus an unhelpful juristic office led by an arrogant lady. Beware during strong winds the swimming glass wall is breaking off. BUT IMPORTANTLY..and the final reason for terrible rating..some staff entered room and stole money and items!

Nice Condominium with spacious units. Fitness room and nice big swimming pool. Amazing views of the city and smaller branches of the Chao Praya river. Location very convenient. About 10 minutes walk to the Phrakkanong BTS skytrain. Near 3 7 Elevens and has a huge food and clothing market just opposite the main road.

It was good when I first moved in. But lately, there were lots of illegal Airbnbs's followed by power outage, elevator not working and not-so-friendly admin manager - isn't helpful at all.

Relatively new condo compared to one in the vicinity. Have reasonable amenities and fair parking space. Location is closer to bts and essential shops. Staff need to be more courteous and improve cleanliness. Have good accessibility to sukumvit road and Rama 4. Easy to find motorbike taxis for commuting
